What we own, and what you own.
Fast printing only works when both sides know exactly where the line sits. Here it is in plain English, before you order — not buried in a PDF after something goes wrong. The full detail lives in our file specs.

- Printing what your file says, on the film you selected, within Delta-E 2 of our calibrated profile
- Lamination free of bubbles, silvering and contamination
- Measuring your file and telling you before we print if it doesn't match your order
- Panel splits and registration marks exactly as shown in your approved panel map
- Shipping on the date quoted — or that lane's rush fee comes back to you
!You are responsible for
- Artwork content — spelling, phone numbers, logos and licensing of every image used
- Vehicle measurements and template accuracy. We print your file; we don't verify it fits your van
- Effective resolution at final size. We flag anything under 100 dpi — approving it anyway is your call
- Colour expectations without a hard proof. Screens lie; the $45 proof settles it
- Approving any preflight warning. Once approved, the file is locked and the press runs
